Terms of Service

You need to be 18 or older and legally allowed, in your country, to enter into this agreement. One person, one account: accounts are not to be sold, shared or handed on. Whatever happens under your login is on you.

Chatingly offers random one-to-one matching by video, voice or text, a list of people who are online, private one-to-one calls, live rooms, profiles, follows and messages, plus a translate button on typed text. Features can change, be added or be withdrawn as the product develops. We work to keep Chatingly running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

• Coins are a digital currency used only inside Chatingly. They pay for matching after your free matches run out, for private calls with a person you choose, for gifts, and for tickets into certain paid rooms.
• Coins are not money. They cannot be cashed out, moved to another account or swapped for anything outside Chatingly, and they cannot be refunded except where the law says otherwise.
• When a balance is too low for a paid action, Chatingly asks you to top up before it starts; it never quietly begins a paid call. Gifts need a confirmation tap before they are sent.
• VIP is a membership status with a badge you may hide and member pricing on top-ups. What VIP includes can change over time.
• The Reward Center hands out free matches or coins when its countdown finishes. What it gives, and how often, is decided by Chatingly and may be adjusted or paused.
• Chatingly is free to start. It does not promise that every feature stays free, and coin generators or modified versions of the app offered elsewhere are scams that we have no part in.

You agree to follow the community guidelines. In short: no one under 18, no nudity or sexual content pushed onto others, no harassment, hate or threats, no recording people to embarrass or blackmail them, and no scams, spam or fake accounts.

What you say, type or show stays yours. So that Chatingly can work, you give us permission to carry, display and store that content as far as running and moderating the service requires. Please do not share anything you have no right to share.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the guidelines, sometimes without notice when a person is at risk. Coins and VIP time on a closed account are forfeited. You may close your own account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Other members are strangers, and Chatingly cannot vouch for what they say or do. Use the next and report buttons whenever a conversation feels wrong. As far as the law allows, Chatingly is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from how other people behave on it.

We may revise these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and carrying on with Chatingly afterwards means you accept the revision. Questions go to our contact page.
